Shaun Dellenty, Deputy Headteacher of Alfred Salter Primary School in London

Shaun Dellenty is the openly gay Deputy Headteacher of Alfred Salter Primary School in London, a school widely celebrated for its inclusive practice. In addition Shaun has worked as a literacy and equalities consultant across several London Boroughs.
Having overcome homophobic bullying as a child, Shaun is the founder of 'Inclusion For All', a small charitable organisation helping to effect organisational change in schools and other educational contexts to empower them to pro-actively prevent homophobic language and bullying based upon sexual orientation.
Shaun has worked to support a wide range of teacher training establishments, Teach First, schools, local authorities, Amnesty UK, anti-bullying organisations, Stonewall and the National College of School Leaders.

Shaun runs three 'in-house' one day training days a year at his school (Alfred Salter Primary School in South London) to empower other school leaders to pro-actively foster good relationships between diverse groups and to prevent homophobic bullying.
